1. Place an Order   

    Most orders placed before 11:00am e.s.t. are shipped the same day. (Monday through Friday)  Generally, most orders are shipped within 24 hrs (business days)

Please follow the following steps to place an order with us.

(1) Enter the quantity you wish to purchase and click "ADD TO CART"

(2) You can either keep browsing the store or click "View Cart" or "Checkout" at where the red arrow points at.

(3) View Cart

    Step 1. Edit the quantity or click "Remove" to delete the product you don't want.

    Step 2. Click "PROCEED TO PAYMENTS" button.

(4) Express Checkout: Follow the red arrow. Choose "Checkout as a guest" or "Register an account" and then click "Continue" button.

(5) Fill your information. If you would like to have the order shipped to another address, please untick "I also want to ship to this address" and enter your shipping address.

(6) Choose your Shipping Method. If you are qualified to "Free Shipping"(Purchase over $79CAD and ship to anywhere in Canada), please click Free Shipping and then click "Continue" button.

(6) Check the items, quantity and the amount before you click "Proceed to Payment" button below.

(7) After click proceed to Payment, it'll redirect you to PayPal site. Please follow the steps below.

2. CheckOut

     We use PayPal during check out, however you do not need a PayPal account!

     If you do not have a PalPal account, please follow the steps below.

Step 1. Click Continue where the red arrow is and use your credit card for safe and secure checkout.

Step 2. Fill your information in the form below and click "Review Order and Continue" button.

Step 3. Once you confirm the information you provide, click "Pay Now" button to complete the payment process.

Step 4. When you see the screen below, it means your payment has already completed. You will receive an email shortly regarding your order summary. You can either choose to "return to BuyDirectandSave.com", "view printable receipt" or "close the windown".

PayPal Checkout offers the option to pay by Visa, MasterCard, American Express and  PayPal.

3. Change/Cancel an order

    To request an order cancellation, email our Customer Service of BuyDirectandSave.com at info@buydirectandsave.com

    (1) Cancel an order:

          You can cancel an online ship-to-home order within 1 hour only of when you completed your transaction. This is because we start processing orders for in-stock items as quickly as possible. Once an order has been processed and it's too late to cancel, you'll need to return the order. Please see Return and Exchange.

    (2) Change info in an order:

          Please contact with us via email at info@buydirectandsave.com for changing info.

4. Tax Policy

    (1) Buyers from Ontario  will be charged both GST and PST

    (2) Buyers from Canada (except buyers from ON) will be charged GST.

    (3) International Buyers (outside Canada) will be charged NO tax
