Customer satisfaction is our number one priority! We have made our returns and exchanges very easy and straightforward. Read below and follow the simple steps to ensure a correct return.

Return Guidelines

You may return merchandise by mail to our return center. All products returned must be made in its original condition and include all applicable accessories. You will receive a credit for your purchase only if it meets the criteria below.

 

Return period:

Returned item(s) must be shipped back to us within 30 days of receipt to be eligible for a money back guarantee. We do not issue refunds for items if it's more than 30 days.

Product condition: The product has to be new and unopened and in its original packaging

Exception:

a.       Promotional items - no return and refund

b.       Items that are abused or misused

c.       Damaged, defective or incorrect items please see Exchange Guidelines   

 


Return Process 

Please email us at info@buydirectandsave.com to get the proper Authorization Number and Return & Exchange Form.

 

Then, write down the Authorization Number and the item(s) you wish to return on the Return & Exchange Form we email you and state the reason of return. Please repack the item(s) and return them to us along with the original receipt and the Return & Exchange Form.

Exchange Guidelines

▪ Exchange period:  

Exchanged item(s) must be shipped back to us within 15 days of receipt to be eligible for item exchange. We do not accept exchange for items if it's more than 15 days.

Product condition: The product has to be new and unopened with its original packaging

Exception:

Then, write down the Authorization Number and the item(s) you wish to exchange on the Return & Exchange Form we email you and state the reason of exchange. Please repack the item(s) and return them to us along with the original receipt and the Return & Exchange Form.

 

 

Transit Time

Within 4 weeks of sending your package to the return shipper, we will email you to keep you informed of your return process.

 

This time period includes

a.       The transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days)

b.       The time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (2 to 5 business days)

c.       The time it takes your bank/credit card company/PayPal to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days)

d.       We will notify you via email of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item(s).

 

Shipping Cost of Returned Item(s)

For all returns, you must pay for return shipping.

 

Any items that are properly returned under our policy are eligible for a refund, which may include in-store credit, credit card or PayPal refund. We will refund you for a full total of your purchase price upon receiving the returned goods (less any applicable restocking fees).

 

If there was a shipping error on our part, please email us at info@buydirectandsave.com within 15 days of your receipt and we will send you the correct items.

 

Emails are answered in an efficient manner, usually within 24 hrs.
