you wish to return on the Return & Exchange Form we email you and state the
reason of return. Please repack the item(s) and return them to us along with

Transit Time
Within 4 weeks of sending your package to the return
shipper, we will email you to keep you informed of your return process.
This time period includes

The transit time for us to receive your return from the
shipper (5 to 10 business days)
b.
The time it takes us to process your return once we receive
it (2 to 5 business days)
c.
The time it takes your bank/credit card company/PayPal to
process our refund request (5 to 10 business days)
d.
We will notify you via email of your refund once we’ve
received and processed the returned item(s).
For all returns, you must pay for return shipping.
Any items that are properly returned under our policy are
eligible for a refund, which may include in-store credit, credit card or PayPal
refund. We will refund you for a full total of your purchase price upon
receiving the returned goods (less any applicable restocking fees).
If there was a shipping error on our part, please email us
at info@buydirectandsave.com within 15 days of your receipt and we will send you the correct items.
