If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled in time, BuyDirectandSave.com will issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge. Individual bank policies will dictate when this amount is credited to your account. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return it in accordance with the Return Policy of BuyDirectandSave.com. Price and availability of products and services are subject to change without notice.

3. Sales Tax Policy

Because Buy Direct and Save does business throughout Canada and collects and remits sales tax as required by law, the Buy Direct and Save Website also collects and remits sales tax as appropriate in Canada.

4.Paying for Your Order

Currently, we use PayPal during check out. PayPal Checkout options include Visa, Mastercard, American Express and PayPal.

5. Validating Your Order

After you place an order using our shopping cart, we will check that the information you have given us for validity, by verifying your method of payment or shipping address. If for some reason, your order is rejected due to incorrect information or other reasons, we will attempt to notify you using the email address you have given us with the order.

Your credit card will normally not be charged if we reject an order, but we will process a refund if the charge has been made against your card.

At BuyDirectandSave.com, our main goal is ensure your complete satisfaction with every order you place. If something is wrong or you are not overly satisfied when you get your order from BuyDirectandSave.com, then we want to go out of our way to make it easy for you.

Simply return the unused item in its original packaging within 30 days of the original purchase for a full credit or equal exchange, subject to a few limitations. The item you are returning should not show signs of abuse, misuse, modifications. The item should be unused and in its original packaging. 8.Shipping

All orders placed on this site are subject to product availability and will be shipped according to the shipping policies of BuyDirectandSave.com.

In the rare even that your order never arrives, notification of lost items must be received within 60 days from receipt of the shipping confirmation email.
